Your role is simple: sign on, collaborate on the design, and share the campaign with your community. We handle everything else.
Partner
Your School Signs On
The process begins when your school enters a partnership agreement with Operation One Campus™. This agreement establishes the terms of the campaign, including the revenue share your school will receive from sales.
There is no upfront cost, no inventory commitment, and no financial risk to your school at this stage — or at any stage of the program.

Design
We Create Your Custom Backpack
Once the partnership is in place, our design team collaborates with your school to create a custom backpack that reflects your campus identity — your school colors, mascot, name, and any other elements that make your campus unique.
Your school reviews and approves the design before anything moves forward. The final product is something your students will actually want to wear and carry.

Launch
Your Campaign Goes Live
When the design is approved, we build and launch a dedicated online campaign page for your school. This is a secure, branded storefront where students, parents, and community members can browse the product and place orders directly.

The Community Orders Online
